Monthly Goals (2012)

Guess what today is? The last day of January – how are your 2012 resolutions holding up?

Here’s the thing resolutions are only good if we stick to them, so instead of trying to make 1 big resolution and if we fall short feel bad, try making monthly goals instead.

In short, there could be some monthly goals you might have then tackle 1 each month for the rest of the year, this will feel more rewarding (and productive)  to you because you will achieve your result in 4 weeks not 52…yay!

Some suggestions could be:

  • House Projects
  • Cooking more meals at Home
  • Learning something new (i.e. sewing)
  • Take a class (pottery, foreign language ?)
  • Working out to be Fit & Healthy
  • Getting involved in community service

I don’t know what your goals are but you do, so make them a priority each day and month and before you know it you will have achieved a lot this year.
